RETURNS

Before returning any goods to us for whatever reason, it is important and essential that you send an email to info@ hayworthvintage.com to inform us of your intention.

 

All goods must be returned to Hayworth Vintage undamaged and unused, within 14 days (including weekends and bank holidays) of the date of purchase(s). The full cost of the item will be refunded to you when we have received the returned goods in the condition in which they were originally sold by Hayworth Vintage. We keep extensive photographic records of all items available for sale and will not be held accountable for any damage occurring after delivery of the purchased item(s).

  • *No refund will be offered in cases where loss, damage or delay is due to an incorrect delivery address being given at the time of purchase*
  • *No refund will be offered to goods received after the 14 day deadline.*
  • *No refunds or returns on hoisery products*

SHIPPING

 

Hayworth Vintage is delighted to announce that European delivery is complementary for all purchases, regardless of size, weight or delivery address.

 
 

You can check the current status of your shipment by emailing info@hayworthvintage.com with your order number obtained from your confirmation email and we will track your shipment for you. Hayworth Vintage will store a record of your transactions for a minimum of one year. Please note that for your security only a record of your transaction is kept on the Hayworth Vintage website; your credit card details are not held on the website.
